The Asheville Tool Library
There is an amazing local
non-profit organization that lets you check out professional grade tools just like library books! It's wonderful.

If there are any tools that we might need, I'll look on the Tool Library website to see if they have them.

I can't believe I get to spend time with you this spring!
I have equal parts love and respect for your passion and wisdom in the garden, as for the mark you have made as remarkable women in the world. I am deeply honored to have you at our home.

I have been on oxygen for the last 13 years due to a rare, fatal lung disease, so gardening, unfortunately, is not something my body is able to embrace. But I deeply LOVE the land we live on, and I want to care for it, give it life, and uncover it's true beauty.

I asked Amelia (one of my most favorite people in all of history!) if the Yardbirds would be willing to give me some sage advice on how to cultivate this land, because after 15 years living on these 11 acres, I can't seem to plant things in the right places, or choose the best plants.

I certainly NEVER imagined that you would actually come to Flat Rock and help me design and plant this lovely land!

I FEEL LIKE I'VE WON THE LOTTERY!

I can't wait for you to come visit! Kip and Amelia will be
making a mouthwatering lunch, and we will toast to
your love, wisdom and generosity!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the top of my lungs!

xoxo,

We       love the Yardbirds!
Zelle and I were married in Scotland before we moved here.

We dress up in our wedding attire every year on our anniversary and drive the Blue Ridge Parkway as it looks just like the Scottish Highlands.
